Construction of an 80,000 square foot self storage facility constructed of CMU and Light Gauge Steel. 

Project included construction of a climate controlled building, 2-story office residence, Lindero Road, 15,000 square of covered RV Parking, and all related site improvements. 

This project was completed September 2004.
