Description:
Construction of a 100,000 square foot concrete-tilt business park on the corner of Ridgecrest Road and Bear Valley Road composed of five 20,000 square foot buildings each with approximately 16 suites. 

This project included a panelized roof system, storm drain, significant off-site improvements, and 25 tenant improvements.

This project was completed December 2005.
