Description:
Construction of a 24,000 square foot 2-story wood framed and specialty stucco office building.

Project included extensive decorative steel architectural features, decorative radius balcony, common area upgrades, elevator, and all related site improvements including upgraded desert style landscape. 

This project was completed in March 2007.
